PhotoPostman hosts galleries and file transfers for photo booth businesses and photographers. The business that created a gallery is responsible for its content. We act on reports about content stored on our service.
If it is about you, contact the business first
If a gallery contains a photo, video or recording of you that you want removed, the quickest route is usually to ask the business that delivered the gallery. Their name is shown on the gallery. If you cannot reach them, or they do not help, report it to us as described below.
How to report
Email support@photopostman.com with a subject line starting with "Report:", for example "Report: copyright" or "Report: privacy". Please include:
- The exact link to the gallery, transfer or file (for example
photopostman.com/g/…orphotopostman.com/t/…). Please do not send us gallery passwords unless we ask for them. - What the problem is and why you believe the content is illegal or infringes your rights. For copyright, identify the work and confirm that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your name and email address. This is not required for reports of child sexual abuse material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
If you believe someone's life or safety is at risk, contact the police first.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received your report.
- We review it promptly, carefully and objectively, without bias. We prioritise reports about child safety and urgent risks.
- If we disable or remove content, or restrict an account, we tell the customer concerned the reasons, unless the law prevents us or it would hinder an investigation, and how they can respond.
- We tell you what we decided and why.
- If you, or the customer affected, disagree with our decision, reply to our message and someone not involved in the first decision will review it. You may also have the right to go to court or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body.
- Where content gives rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence threatening someone's life or safety, we inform the relevant authorities. We report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and preserve evidence.
We act proportionately. For example, we may disable a single file or link rather than a whole account. We do not delete other lawful content unnecessarily.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or illegal content, in line with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
