Create the gallery first, design second
Create the event before you design your prints. Its QR code is ready straight away, and until files arrive guests see your cover, the event name and a friendly waiting message — never an empty grid or sample photos.
Permanent, private and safe to print
The code points to a short PhotoPostman address with a random token — no client names, passwords or private links. If you add or change your custom domain later, printed codes keep working. When an event expires, the code shows a neutral “gallery closed” page.
Guests only
The QR code always opens the guest gallery. The organiser's private link can't be published as a QR code, and the gallery's current access mode is shown beside the code. Remember that one event-wide code gives every guest the same gallery.
Made for print
Download the code as a sharp vector or high-resolution image, with a short web address to print underneath for anyone who can't scan. Always print a test strip and scan it with a couple of different phones before the event.
TemplatesBooth integration Coming soon
TemplatesBooth members will be able to connect PhotoPostman inside the template designer, create or pick an event, and place its QR code straight into their design. Accounts are only linked when you choose to, and a TemplatesBooth subscription doesn't include a paid PhotoPostman plan.
