After the event, the person who booked you usually wants everything, including files you've hidden from guests. The organiser link gives them that, without giving them access to your account.
Send the organiser link
- Open the event and go to the Delivery tab.
- Review the gallery and hide anything guests shouldn't see. The organiser will still see hidden files.
- Enter the organiser's email address and send the link, or copy the link and send it yourself.
The organiser can browse every file and download the complete set as ZIP files.
What the organiser link can and can't do
- It can show all files in the event, including hidden ones, and download them all.
- It can't change settings, delete files or open your dashboard. It is not an account login.
- It works until the event expires, unless you turn it off sooner.
Keep it off public prints
The organiser link is private. Never print it as a QR code or share it publicly. PhotoPostman won't let you publish an organiser link as the event's QR code. The QR code on your prints always opens the guest gallery. See QR codes for your prints.
Download a complete copy yourself
On the Delivery tab you can also download a complete copy of the event for your own records. Large events are split into several ZIP files of up to 5GB each. Each one opens on its own.
