GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. Previews, recovery copies and temporary ZIPs don't count towards your hosted files. Connected cloud originals don't use hosted storage.
What's in the trial
The trial runs for 30 days from when you verify your email address, with no card needed. It includes 2 events, 5GB of hosted files, 5GB of new uploads in total, files of up to 1GB, 5 transfers (one active at a time), 500 connected cloud items, 500 image previews and 10 minutes of video and audio conversion. Galleries use a PhotoPostman address and show a small credit; custom domains can't be activated.
When the trial ends, public galleries and transfer links close and you have 14 days of read-only access to export your files or choose a plan. After that, trial files are deleted — the 90-day recovery archive is a paid-plan benefit.
Pricing questions
What counts towards my hosted files?
The originals you upload or import, counted once per file even if it's in a gallery and a transfer. Previews, recovery copies and temporary ZIPs don't count, and nor do originals that stay in a connected cloud folder.
What's the rolling 30-day upload allowance?
It's a separate safeguard that counts the new hosted bytes you've added over the last 30 days. Deleting an event doesn't give that allowance back: deleting a 10GB event and uploading another 10GB uses 20GB. Capacity frees up as your oldest uploads pass 30 days, and the dashboard shows when.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted and existing galleries keep working. New uploads or processing of that kind pause, and the dashboard explains when the allowance resets and your upgrade options. If preview conversions run out, your originals stay downloadable.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades are available when checkout opens. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and we warn you in advance if your files won't fit the smaller plan. We never charge you for a bigger plan automatically or delete originals to make a downgrade fit.
Will my price change?
Your price never changes during a term you've already paid for. If our prices change in future, we'll email you at least 60 days before your renewal with the new price and your options to cancel or export.
Is there a lifetime deal?
No. We don't offer lifetime plans, and a TemplatesBooth membership doesn't include a paid PhotoPostman plan.
