Send files
Send files without a gallery
When a gallery isn't needed, send a private download page: add files, set a password and an expiry date, and share the link.
A simple, private download page
Give the transfer a title, add files, choose the recipient's language and add an optional message. Copy the link or email it from PhotoPostman. Recipients don't need an account, and they never see who else received the link.
Protected and time-limited
Add a password and choose how long the link works — 7 days by default, up to 30 days. You can revoke a link at any time, and the password and expiry are checked on every single download.
ZIP downloads that just work
Several files are packaged as ZIPs in the background. Very large deliveries are split into separate ZIP files of up to 5GB each. Every part opens on its own with no special software, and the page says clearly when there are several. Downloads can be resumed.
Reuse what you've already uploaded
Add files from your galleries without uploading them again — each file is stored once and counted once against your storage.
See what happened
See when downloads start and finish. We never count an email click as a completed download.
