Organise an event into sections such as Booth photos, 360 videos and Audio messages. Guests can filter by media type, thumbnails load first, players load only when needed, and your chosen order stays put.

Your brand, not ours

Add your logo, colours and a cover image. On paid plans your galleries carry no PhotoPostman mascot, promotion or upsell — your clients see your business. Trial galleries show a small “Delivered with PhotoPostman” credit.

Private when it needs to be

Choose how each gallery is shared:

• Password-protected link — our recommended default
• Unlisted link — anyone with the link can view it, and links can be forwarded
• Organiser only — nothing is visible to guests

Galleries are kept out of search engines, and link previews don't reveal photos before someone has unlocked the gallery. Changing the password signs out everyone who used the old one.

Downloads on your terms

Turn downloads, sharing and browsing on or off for each event, and hide individual files without deleting them. Guests can download single originals, a selection, or the whole gallery as ZIP files prepared in the background. Originals are delivered exactly as uploaded, byte for byte.

A separate link for the organiser

After the event, send the organiser a private link that shows everything — including files hidden from guests — and lets them download the complete set. It never gives access to your account.
