Create the gallery before the event and print its QR code on your strips. During the event, new files appear once they've been uploaded and safely processed — and you can pause publishing at any time while uploads continue.

The desktop uploader for Windows and Mac is coming soon. Automatic retries aren't offline access: a venue without internet can't deliver new files to guests until it's back online.

Is there a free plan?
No. Every account starts with a 30-day trial with no card needed, so you can run a real event before you choose a plan. The trial includes 2 events and 5GB of hosted files. See the trial limits.
What can guests download?
You decide for each event: single originals, a selection or the whole gallery as a ZIP — or no downloads at all. The setting is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. You bring a domain or subdomain you own, such as gallery.yourstudio.com. Printed PhotoPostman QR codes keep working if you add or change it later.
Where are my files kept?
Hosted originals and previews are stored privately in the EU and are only delivered through short-lived, authorised links. Some services we use, such as Cloudflare's global network and our email provider, also handle data outside the EU — our Privacy Notice explains how.
Do you use my photos for anything else?
No. You keep all rights to your media. We process it only to deliver your events — no face recognition, no AI training, and we never sell it.
What happens when my trial ends?
Public galleries and transfer links close. You keep 14 days of read-only access to export your files or choose a plan. After that, trial files are deleted. Read more.
